Player Stats
Nathan Coulter-Nile
Having made his debut for Western Australia in 2009, Coulter-Nile earned his first international cap, a T20I against West Indies, after a stellar 2012-13 season during which he was also named WA Player of the Year. Soon after, his impressive form with the bat for Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League earned him a $450,000 contract with Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League. Despite a career riddled with injuries, Coulter-Nile’s talent and ability ensured that he featured in top ICC tournaments, starting with the Champions Trophy in 2013, the 2016 T20 World Cup and the 2019 ODI World Cup.
Regarded as one of the finest fielders in Australia, Coulter-Nile ironically had one of the bigger blemishes in the field during the 2013-14 Ashes when he flicked a catch into the crowd after the momentum carried him over the boundary rope.
